What Can I expect from

My Massage?

1 - Preparation

Each session starts with a conversation about your specific concerns and goals for your session. Jenn will explain how to get on the massage table and what to wear for your session. She will then leave the room to wash her hands and prepare herself for your session while you undress to your comfort level and crawl under the warm blankets on the table.

2 - The Massage

When Jenn returns, you just get to relax and experience! Jenn, is trained in many healing modalities and tailors every session to the needs of her clients. Her sessions are a combination of physical body work as well as spiritual and emotional expansion.

3 - Afterwards

Jenn will leave the room while you get up slowly and get dressed. When Jenn returns, she will talk to you about what she found in your physical and energetic bodies, offer any channeled messages that wish to come through (if you are comfortable with that) and give you any homework to assist in continuing your healing work.

What Is A

Cacao Ceremony?

100% pure ceremonial cacao is a non-psychotropic plant medicine that contains nutrients and neurochemicals that create lasting benefits in the physical & energetic body. As a Cacao Practitioner, Jenn leads cacao journeys to connect individuals with the spirit of cacao while energetically opening your heart to new possibilities. Along with a delicious mug of cacao, each ceremony may include sound healing, shamanic practices, channeling or other modalities. Ceremony length may vary from 30-90 minutes.
